What you’ll be doing:

- Running a variety of air-conditioning installations, maintenance and repairs across domestic and commercial sites





- Delivering top-quality service that makes clients remember your name

- Mentoring apprentices and supporting the development of our next-gen team

- Communicating clearly with the office and clients

- Keeping your jobs neat, your paperwork accurate, and your work to the highest standard

You’re the Right Fit If You:

- Are a fully qualified refrigeration mechanic with current licences and White Card

- Have a driver’s licence

- Can read plans, problem-solve on the fly, and work independently

- Take safety seriously and follow through on the details

- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates

- Have experience across residential and commercial work (bonus if you know solar or air-con, too)
