About the role The Pharmacy Assistant role at Green Life involves supporting the daily operations of a modern, patient-centred dispensary by assisting with patient enquiries, processing sales transactions, completing orders, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. Answering calls and queued prescriptions for dispensing. Maintaining accurate patient records. Processing prescription payments via EFTPOS and credit card. Completing orders in person, by phone, and online. Supporting pharmacists with daily dispensary operations.
