We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Truck Bay Supervisor to join our Automotive On-Highway team in the Pooraka Workshop. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices Consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end Ensuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Branch Leadership Completing required documentation Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time To be successful in this role you will need the following: Experience workingon engine products and Heavy On-Highway Vehicles e.g., Kenworth, Western Star Experience in using electronic troubleshooting systems and following defined OEM procedures Previous or demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring in a workshop environment Effective communication and organization skills Organisational skills and be able to multi-task in a high-pressure workplace Compensation and Benefits Monday to Friday Rotating shift,
