We're on the lookout for an experienced and commercially driven Planning Manager to join our Nude Lucy team!This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of one of Australia's leading fashion brands, working alongside a passionate and collaborative team to drive commercial performance across our retail and online channels.About the Role:Reporting to the Head of Planning – Vertical Brands, you'll take ownership of the merchandise financial planning function for Nude Lucy, driving sales, margin and inventory performance across the business.Working closely with Buying, Design, Production and Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing seasonal financial plans, optimising stock levels and identifying opportunities to maximise profitability.You'll also lead and develop our Allocation & Replenishment Analyst, helping to build a high-performing planning function that supports the brand's continued growth.Key responsibilities will include:Lead and manage annual and seasonal merchandise financial plans across sales, margin, inventory and OTBPartner with Buying and Design to develop commercially focused range and assortment plans aligned with brand strategyManage stock levels, OTB and inventory flow to maximise sales opportunities and minimise aged stockDrive weekly trade analysis, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities to improve performanceDevelop accurate sales forecasts and reforecasts across retail and online channelsPartner with key stakeholders to execute markdown, promotional and clearance strategies while protecting marginOversee allocation and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock availability across stores and onlineDeliver regular performance reporting,
