About you:
- 5+ years' PAE in employment and workplace relations law.
- Strong technical expertise across employment, industrial relations and/or work health and safety matters.
- Experiencing drafting employment contracts, workplace policies and related documentation.
- Experiencing managing employment litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Excellent advisory and communication skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service.
- Strong relationship building skills and a desire to contribute to business development.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.
