The Opportunity

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our thriving, close-knit team on a part-time basis. Working alongside our Physios and Hand Therapists, you’ll help deliver a high standard of care while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic.

This role will require the successful candidate to contribute at least 20-30 hrs per week. While your primary location of work will be at Mt Gravatt, you will also be required to provide occasional coverage at our other clinics based in Spring Hill and Auchenflower.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.

- Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.

- Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

What We're Looking For





Ideally, we'd like someone with allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important! We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, and who are confident in meeting deadlines and working to achieve team-based goals.

Ideal candidates will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ;

- Team Player with a "can do" attitude;

- A passion for excellent customer service;

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail;

- Proficient use of Microsoft suite;

- Self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment; and

- Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care is highly regarded!
