The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager – Finance, you’ll play an important hands-on role in the financial operations of the Fleetmark Group. From day-to-day accounting and month-end reporting to improving processes and controls, you’ll enjoy variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a practical difference across a growing, multi-entity business.

We’re looking for an experienced accountant who gets the fundamentals right, takes ownership and is comfortable working closely with operational leaders in a rapid-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable and receivable,



reconciliations, payroll support, BAS and MYOB transactions.

- Prepare month-end reports, financial analysis and commentary, and support year-end reporting, audits and compliance.

- Support debtor management, supplier relationships and finance queries across the business.

- Help strengthen financial controls, reporting systems and processes as the Group grows.

- Work with operational leaders and the General Manager – Finance on practical financial and commercial matters.

What You’ll Bring

- At least 3 years’ experience in a hands-on accounting role, ideally in a small to medium-sized business.

- Sound knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, BAS and compliance.

- CA or CPA qualification, or working towards one.

- Strong attention to detail, initiative and the confidence to work autonomously and build relationships.

- MYOB experience is highly regarded, as is exposure to multi-entity, job-costing or project-based businesses.
