1. UP-MARKET RESORTS

- Work alongside a team of approximately 10+ kitchen professionals.
- Fine dining and premium resort environments.
- Lunch and dinner service.
- Immediate starts available.
- Initial contracts of 4–8 weeks.
- Potential for ongoing opportunities following successful completion.

2. HOTELS, PUBS & RESORTS – CHEF DE PARTIE & SENIOR ROLES

- Work in quality hospitality venues across Australia.
- A la carte dining and quality food preparation.
- Split-shift arrangements.
- Minimum 4-week contracts.
- Ongoing opportunities throughout the year.

3. HOTELS,



PUBS & RESORTS – SOLO & SENIOR CHEFS

- Take charge and showcase your culinary skills.
- A la carte menus and independent kitchen operations.
- Split-shift arrangements.
- Minimum 4-week contracts.
- Year-round opportunities available.

������ ARE YOU THE CHEF WE'RE LOOKING FOR? To join our team, you'll need:

- Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
- Minimum 3–5 years' professional kitchen experience.
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to consistently produce quality food.
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
- Your own chef uniform and professional knife kit.
- Experience in quality a la carte dining and/or bulk catering.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to contribute ideas to menu planning and development.
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and teamwork.
- The enthusiasm and confidence to motivate yourself and those around you.

Most importantly, you need to be adaptable, reliable and ready for your next adventure!
