Car Maxx, a division of Car Mart Direct Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing, family-owned vehicle subscription business, combining modern vehicles, innovative technology and exceptional customer service to make driving simpler, more flexible and easier to budget for.

Our expanding fleet consists predominantly of brand-new and near-new vehicles, generally up to two years old, including GWM, Chery, GAC, LDV, Mitsubishi, Kia and Ford.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and tech-savvy Fleet Service Coordinator to join our team!

About the role

Working from our modern Upper Coomera office, you'll play an important role in coordinating scheduled servicing for our growing fleet.

With predominantly new and near-recent vehicles, you'll be working with manufacturer dealerships and established service partners, coordinating first services, ongoing scheduled maintenance and warranty appointments when required.

It's a role focused on organisation, communication, proactive scheduling and delivering a great customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating first services and routine scheduled servicing for our subscription fleet.

- Liaising between subscribers and manufacturer service partners to arrange bookings.

- Coordinating warranty repair appointments when required.

- Following up on service bookings and keeping subscribers informed.

- Monitoring and coordinating vehicle registration renewals.

- Maintaining accurate servicing records through our digital fleet management systems.

- Providing customer support via phone, email and digital communication.





- Assisting our friendly administration and operations team with general support when needed.

About you

We're looking for someone who loves being organised, enjoys coordinating people and appointments, and takes pride in getting things done.

You'll ideally have:

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A friendly, confident and professional communication style.

- The ability to manage multiple bookings and follow tasks through.

- Strong computer skills and enthusiasm for learning recent systems.

- A genuine interest in up-to-date technology, automation and the exciting possibilities of AI.

- Initiative, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Experience in automotive service coordination, dealership administration, fleet management or a similar scheduling role would be highly regarded.

However, the right attitude, excellent coordination skills and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.

Mechanical knowledge is not essential.
