We are hiring - Registered Architect
About the Role

Our client, a growing construction and property development company, is seeking an experienced Registered Architect to join their team.

We are looking for a creative, technically strong and highly organised architect with extensive Australian experience who can lead architectural design and take ownership of projects from initial concept through to construction completion.

The successful candidate will work on luxury custom-designed homes, premium residential developments and future construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and development of high-end residential projects.

- Prepare concept designs, floor plans, elevations, 3D designs and detailed construction documentation.

- Develop innovative, up-to-date, practical and cost-effective architectural solutions.

- Manage architectural projects from initial design through planning approvals, building permits and construction.

- Coordinate with engineers, building surveyors, consultants, builders and contractors.

- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality and key milestones.

- Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards and Victorian building regulations.

- Review design documentation and resolve technical issues during construction.

- Manage multiple projects independently and ensure timely delivery.

Essential Requirements

- Must be a Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV).

- Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience in Australia, preferably Victoria.





- Strong experience in luxury residential homes and custom-designed developments.

- Proven ability to manage architectural projects from concept through construction.

- Extensive knowledge of Australian building codes, planning regulations and approval processes.

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD.

- Robust technical documentation, design coordination and construction knowledge.

- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage consultants and take full ownership of projects.

Visa Sponsorship Available

Employer visa sponsorship (Subclass 482) is available for suitably qualified and eligible candidates.

Permanent residency sponsorship (Subclass 186) may also be considered, subject to eligibility.

Candidates already residing in Australia with relevant Australian architectural experience are preferred.
