We are working with a high-end residential builder on the Gold Coast who is looking for an experienced Sales & Production Estimator to join their team.
Specialising in architecturally designed luxury homes valued between $3M-$5M, this is a forward-thinking builder delivering exciting, bespoke projects that push the boundaries of traditional residential construction.

You'll be working directly with the business owner, who is very hands-on and heavily involved in the day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious business, work on some impressive homes and have a genuine say in how projects come together.

The Role:

As Sales & Production Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed budgets for high-end custom homes,



from initial tendering through to construction.

You'll review architectural plans, specifications and documentation, complete detailed take-offs, obtain trade and supplier pricing, and ensure projects are accurately costed before construction commences.

With each home individually designed, you'll need a solid understanding of construction methodology, complex detailing and the costs associated with delivering luxury residential projects.

What We're Looking For:

- Significant estimating experience within the Australian residential building industry (essential)
- Proven experience estimating high-end custom homes valued at $2M+ (essential)
- Strong background in both Sales & Production Estimating
- Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings, specifications and construction details
- Excellent understanding of construction costs, materials, trade pricing and building methodology
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and commercial awareness
- Experience working with bespoke designs, premium finishes and complex residential builds
