Guest Services Supervisor

Terrara House is a historic 17-acre private estate on the NSW South Coast, just moments from Berry and Jervis Bay, offering exclusive-use weddings and weekend celebrations. With beautifully manicured grounds, timeless heritage charm, on-site accommodation and multiple event spaces, every celebration at Terrara is designed to feel effortless, personal and unforgettable.

We are looking for a warm, reliable and hands-on Guest Services ''Assistant'' to join our weekend events team.

Permanent Part-time, Full time option for the right candidate

About the Role

You will play a key part in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests, while supporting our managers and event planners across busy wedding weekends.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Taking ownership of venue presentation, ensuring Terrara House always looks immaculate and guest-ready

- Setting up and packing down events, including furniture, décor, signage and event spaces

- Welcoming and tending to guests throughout wedding days and weekend celebrations





- Being on hand to support managers and event planners during events

- Assisting with guest requests, directions and general venue support

- Helping maintain a calm, polished and professional atmosphere across the estate

- Supporting the smooth running of weddings, stays and various event celebrations

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, proactive and presentation-focused approach

- Confidence working with guests, couples, families and event suppliers

- Reliability, initiative and a strong eye for detail

- Availability to work weekends and event days

- A positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Previous hospitality, events, wedding or customer service experience is desirable — though attitude and reliability matter most.
