WRAD Health
Warrnambool
Are you a positive person who loves helping people succeed? Look after the people side of free health care in Warrnambool and help build our new systems.
Why you’ll love working with us
Boost your take-home pay. Total Take Home: $95,000 to $106,000 including salary, super, 6 days wellbeing leave and approx $5,000 in salary packaging. WRAD lets you salary package up to $15,900 a year of everyday expenses like rent, mortgage and bills from your pre-tax pay. You can package up to $2,650 more for dining out and holiday accommodation. That can mean around $5,000 more in your pocket each year, depending on your circumstances. See how much more you could take home with this salary packaging calculator https://www.cbb.com.au/salary-packaging-calculator/
Time to take care of yourself. An additional 6 days of paid wellbeing leave on top of 4 weeks of annual leave, plus access to free private counselling and support.
Be in at the start. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing in a new HR management system and a new staff intranet.
Never the same week twice. One day it’s a new starter’s first morning and the next it’s a safety check at a program, a leave question or a vacancy to fill. Plenty of variety and plenty of challenge.
Grow with us. Report directly to an AHRI accredited CEO (CPHR). Training and education to build your HR and OHS qualifications and a chance to work across finance and operations. Move into a management role in 3 or 4 years if that’s your goal, or stay with us doing work you enjoy for as long as you like.
Work that matters. Every new starter you welcome and every program you help keep safe means more people get free care. Help grow free health care for everyone in our community who needs it.
