Warehouse & Administration All-Rounder – 3PL Dispatch Focus

Up to $80,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role.
Warehouse experience, solid administration skills and a hands-on attitude? We need all three.

We're a busy, established 3PL warehousing business looking for a capable all-rounder to join our small team.

This role combines warehouse administration, daily order processing and hands-on warehouse work. You'll be responsible for keeping our dispatch area running efficiently, ensuring orders are processed correctly and four daily dispatch deadlines are met.

We need someone who understands the complete warehouse order process — from releasing orders through SAP, allocating work to storemen and ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time. You'll need excellent computer skills, rapid and accurate keyboard skills, strong Excel knowledge and the confidence to direct a small warehouse team while also being prepared to get your hands dirty.

What you'll be doing

- Processing and releasing customer orders through SAP, ensuring customer-specific requirements are followed.

- Prioritising and allocating orders to storemen, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

- Checking picked orders for accuracy and helping with picking and packing when required.

- Managing a busy email inbox, identifying instructions and changes that affect customer orders.

- Working with SAP and data entry into Excel to maintain accurate order and inventory records.

- Assisting with cycle counts,



stock discrepancies and inbound replenishment freight.

- Supporting other warehouse and administration functions as required.

What you'll need

- Experience in 3PL warehousing, warehouse administration or order fulfilment.

- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a good memory for customer requirements.

- Confidence directing a small warehouse team and keeping everyone on task.

- A genuine sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise competing demands.

- Experience using warehouse systems, with SAP highly regarded.

- Good Excel, Outlook and general computer skills, including fast and accurate data entry.

- The ability to remain calm, focused and productive when the workload and pressure increase.

- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to wear steel-cap boots, get dirty and help wherever needed.

Small team. Big responsibility.

We operate with a small team, so there's no room for a "that's not my job" attitude.

You'll need to be adaptable, resourceful and willing to switch between administration, coordinating staff and physical warehouse work throughout the day.

There are four critical dispatch deadlines every day, and during busy periods the pressure can be considerable. You'll need to think ahead, make decisions and keep things moving without sacrificing accuracy.
