A current Montessori community opening in early 2027

Serenity Early Learning is a new 134-place Montessori centre opening in Clyde North in early 2027. We are looking for passionate Montessori Guides to help set up our 3–6 environments from the very beginning.

The role

- Prepare and maintain a beautiful, ordered 3–6 environment
- Observe children closely and follow each child’s development
- Give individual and small-group presentations
- Plan and document learning in line with the EYLF and NQS
- Build warm, respectful partnerships with families
- Work as part of a collaborative team, with support from our Montessori leadership

About you

- Formal Montessori 3–6 Diploma (essential) – AMI preferred; other recognised 3–6 diplomas welcome




- ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification – Certificate III minimum; Diploma highly regarded; Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification preferred
- Completed child safety training
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
- A deep respect for the child and a calm, gentle presence
