Job Description

About the role

Take ownership of Nature’s Way’s Active Beauty pillar, driving growth across Collagen, Protein and core Beauty. From commercial strategy and range development to NPD and integrated campaigns, you’ll turn consumer and market insights into initiatives that grow sales, profit, market share and brand equity.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the Beauty & Protein strategy, owning commercial performance, growth plans, budgets and key business priorities.
- Drive growth across core Beauty and Protein portfolios through pricing, promotions, range, distribution and compelling customer strategies.
- Turn consumer, shopper, ecommerce and commercial insights into action to identify opportunities and accelerate growth.
- Own the innovation pipeline, leading new products and renovations from concept and business case through to launch.
- Lead integrated brand and media activity across digital, social, influencer, PR, retail media and in-store channels, maximising effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Category, Ecommerce,



Finance and Supply Chain to deliver successful customer plans and launches.
- Coach and develop team members, while ensuring strong brand governance and regulatory compliance.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

You are a highly commercial marketer, with the ability to turn data into transparent, meaningful recommendations and leads Sales, Category, Ecommerce, Innovation, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and agency partners to deliver agreed sales, profit, market share and brand health objectives.

- 6+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, consumer health, beauty, wellness or a related category.
- Proven Senior Brand Manager-level experience, with strong commercial acumen and ownership of brand strategy, budgets and performance.
- Strong strategic thinker who can turn consumer, shopper and market insights into clear growth opportunities.
