Ivory Dental Care is seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our modern dental practice in Wellard.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels valued, comfortable, and supported throughout their dental journey.

About You

You are confident, personable, and highly organised, with a strong background in dental reception. You enjoy building rapport with patients, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to work each day.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care

- Welcome patients and assist with enquiries in person and over the phone

- Manage appointments, recalls, and treatment scheduling

- Process payments, invoices, and health fund claims

- Maintain accurate patient records and practice administration

- Coordinate effectively with dentists and clinical staff

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient correspondence

- Assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice





Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in a dental reception role

- Experience using dental practice management software D4W

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- Professional presentation and a friendly, positive attitude

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
