About You
Duties:
- Plan and prepare menu items for your section
- Estimate food and labour requirements
- Supervise, train and roster commis and apprentice chefs
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and FIFO stock rotation
- Conduct stock-takes and ordering
- Ensure consistent, timely service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine
- Strong teamwork and food-safety knowledge.
