The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled carpenter with proven experience delivering high-end architectural residential projects. You will possess a strong understanding of all aspects of residential/concrete construction, from site set-out and structural framing through to detailed finishing work and project handover.

You will be confident leading by example on site maintaining quality workmanship, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Essential Requirements:

- Qualified Carpenter with extensive hands-on construction experience.

- Proven experience in architectural and custom residential builds.

- Robust knowledge of all stages of construction, including excavation, concrete, framing, cladding, roofing, fix-out, and finishing trades.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.

- Experience supervising and mentoring apprentices and subcontractors.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.

- Commitment to quality workmanship, site safety, and professional presentation.
