- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and client information.

- Communicating effectively with clinicians and the wider team to support the smooth running of the service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.

- Excellent written communication, spelling, grammar and attention to detail.

- The ability to work independently, use initiative and confidently manage competing priorities.

- Strong time management, organisation and problem-solving skills.

- Confidence managing phone calls, emails and professional correspondence.

- Experience or confidence with budgeting, financial administration and tracking expenses.

- The ability to take clear, accurate and detailed meeting minutes.

- A proactive, flexible and dependable approach to work.

Work Arrangements

This is a work-from-home position; however, the successful applicant must be available to attend in-person team meetings every second Thursday. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working autonomously and enjoys being an important part of a cooperative allied health team.
