About the role

Join a fast-paced hospitality venue as an experienced Front of House All-Rounder with supervisor experience. In this role, you will help deliver smooth, efficient service while supporting the team across a busy operation serving 100 + covers per service.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, professional service across all Front of House areas

- Support the coordination of busy services serving 100+ covers

- Supervise and guide team members during service

- Assist with opening, closing and day-to-day venue operations

- Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and venue cleanliness

- Communicate effectively with kitchen and Front of House teams

- Respond to customer needs and help resolve service issues promptly

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Front of House all-rounder in a busy venue

- Supervisor or team leadership experience

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- The ability to remain calm, skilled and efficient during busy services

- A customer-focused approach and commitment to high service standards

- Availability to work across a range of hospitality service periods
