About the role

Based in Point Cook, you'll be travelling to residential customer sites throughout Melbourne's western suburbs, completing a range of plumbing, installation, maintenance and service work.

Plum is interested in hearing from plumbers with experience across general plumbing, mechanical plumbing, HVAC and installation work.

Depending on your experience and strengths, your work may include:

- General residential plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance.




- Heating and cooling plumbing installations and associated work.
- Mechanical plumbing and associated systems.
- Installation and servicing of plumbing systems and equipment.
- Identifying faults and providing practical solutions.
- Carrying out repairs, upgrades and replacement work.
- Providing customers with clear advice and suitable options.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant standards.
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation.

You'll manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring customers receive quality workmanship and the level of service Plum has become known for.

About you

We're looking for trade qualified Plumbers who take pride in their workmanship and understand that good customer service is just as important as getting the technical work right.

You'll ideally bring:

- A recognised plumbing trade qualification.
- Experience in general plumbing, HVAC, mechanical plumbing or installation work.
- Sound knowledge of plumbing systems, standards and safety requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.
- Current Victorian driver's licence and White Card.
- The ability to work independently, manage your day and take ownership of jobs.
- Valuable communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers.

Additional gas fitting qualifications, HVAC experience and relevant licences will be highly regarded.
