Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential. We'll train the right person.

You'll be involved in a range of specialised horticultural landscaping projects across Melbourne's Bayside, Mornington Peninsula and inner eastern suburbs.

Position: Horticultural and Landscape Assistant

Experience: Qualified, experienced or inexperienced applicants welcome.

Availability: 1–5 days per week.

Must have:

- Reliable and punctual.

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

- Genuine interest and passion for the industry.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Safety and care of tools, vehicles, equipment,



properties and people.

- Assisting team members with daily projects and site operations.

- All aspects of horticultural and landscape garden maintenance.

- Soft and hard landscaping projects.

- Planting, irrigation, turf laying, lighting, mulching, feeding, trimming, pruning, weeding, mowing and edging.

- Working alongside an experienced team to deliver high-quality horticultural landscapes.

Skills and experience

- Good attention to detail and time management.

- Reliability, punctuality and good communication.

- Awareness of surroundings and consideration for others.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Confidence using tools and equipment, or willingness to learn.

- Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
