You’re a proven leader. You’ve managed or supervised people before and get the best out of a team. You might be a Foreman or site supervisor ready for your first Project Manager role, or an experienced PM early in your career. Either way, you add to a positive culture.

The role

Prova Group is a nationwide commercial painting company with steady growth and plans to acquire other businesses. They need someone to take ownership of their large projects and clients.





- Own the budgets and timelines of large projects
- Coordinate and supervise the trades on site
- Inspect work and lead the team through defects
- Deal with clients and build relationships that win repeat work
- Liaise with management and report back when needed
- Travel between sites all over Sydney

What you’ll need

- Previous experience managing or supervising people (a must). This role is not for first-time leaders.
- Full Australian working rights. No sponsorship or visa holders, please.
- A driver’s licence and your own transport to get to sites across Sydney
- Experience in commercial painting or construction is preferred
- A positive understanding of quality standards and what a great commercial paint job looks like
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
