We are seeking a reliable and responsible Motel Manager to join our business in regional Queensland. Ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term role in a friendly regional community.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing motel reception tasks and handling bookings, handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.

- Plan and oversee the operations of the motel’s bar, restaurant, functions and conference facilities.

- Oversee housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, security and property presentation.

- Monitor business revenue, expenses and financial performance.

- Manage suppliers, contractors and external service providers.

- Ensure compliance with relevant workplace safety, liquor licensing, gaming and regulatory requirements.





- Maintain business records and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Identify business development and marketing opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
