We're looking for experienced, professional Front of House staff who take genuine pride in hospitality and thrive in a busy, team-oriented Italian restaurant.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience managing their own section in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant, communicates confidently with customers and colleagues, and maintains high service standards under pressure.

Reliability, punctuality, initiative, accountability and a positive attitude are essential. We value people who respect their colleagues, follow direction and contribute to a supportive, qualified workplace.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently, supporting the wider team and maintaining composure during busy services.

Previous à la carte restaurant experience, availability for evening and weekend services, and a current Victorian RSA are essential. Experience in Italian restaurants or a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine will be highly regarded.
