We are launching a new real estate agency and are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified NSW Class 1 Real Estate Agent to join us as our appointed Principal / Licensee in Charge.

This is a unique opportunity for a Class 1 licence holder to be part of a new real estate business without the financial burden or expense of establishing an agency.

Your Role

- Hold a current NSW Class 1 Real Estate Agent Licence.




- Act as the appointed Licensee in Charge / Principal.
- Undertake the genuine regulatory and supervisory responsibilities of the position.
- Ensure the agency complies with NSW Fair Trading regulations and relevant legislation.
- Provide appropriate professional oversight of the real estate business.

Ideal Applicant

- Current NSW Class 1 Real Estate Agent Licence holder.
- Knowledge of NSW real estate legislation and compliance.
- Professional, reliable and responsible.
- Interested in a commission-based opportunity with no upfront business investment.
