An exciting opportunity has become available for a reliable and hands-on Field Services Officer to join a well-established boutique real estate agency servicing Melbourne’s Inner North and CBD.

Working closely with a supportive Property Management team, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the property management department, ensuring properties are well maintained, inspections are completed and maintenance matters are followed through efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working autonomously and spending time out in the field rather than being desk-bound.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections and property condition reports.
- Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections where required.
- Attend properties to coordinate and oversee maintenance works.
- Meet and liaise with tradespeople, contractors and tenants.
- Monitor maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding jobs.
- Photograph property conditions and report any issues to the Property Management team.
- Assist with key management and property access.
- Conduct general property checks and attend to day-to-day field requirements.
- Provide support to Property Managers to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.

About You





- Can have no industry experience but an eagerness to enter the industry in an entry level role
- Strong understanding of residential property maintenance and general property presentation.
- Confident communicating with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously and manage your daily schedule.
- Practical, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Current Victorian driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable using property management software and mobile technology.
