About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organised and versatile Accounts Receivable & Marketing Officer to join our team.

This is a diverse and hands-on role combining accounts receivable, business administration and marketing support. You will play an important part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day business operations, coordinating general administrative activities and promoting our range of agricultural machinery, spraying equipment and parts.

The successful candidate will enjoy variety, demonstrate initiative and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a energetic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Finance

- Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing, payment allocation and account reconciliations.

- Monitor outstanding debtor accounts and proactively follow up overdue payments.

- Assist with credit control and customer account management.

- Investigate and resolve customer billing and account enquiries.

Business Support & Administration

- Provide general administrative and operational support to the business.

- Maintain customer records, databases and documentation.

- Assist with data entry, correspondence and internal coordination.

- Support efficient office operations and contribute to process improvements.

Marketing & Communications





- Assist with marketing activities promoting our agricultural machinery, spraying equipment and parts.

- Manage and maintain social media platforms and assist with content creation.

- Prepare marketing materials, promotional campaigns and product updates.

- Coordinate website updates, advertising and promotional activities as required.

- Support product launches, trade shows and other marketing initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable, finance or a similar business support role.

- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general business software.

- Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer interactions.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

- An interest in marketing, social media and digital communications.

- Initiative, flexibility and a willingness to learn.

- Experience with marketing, social media management or accounting software will be highly regarded.

Agricultural industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
