SmileCo is a busy general dental practice in the heart of Norwood with a near-constant flow of patients, modern tech and facilities, and a large number of dentists who all work very collaboratively.

Situated in the heart of The Parade, there's a huge variety of patients from a high socio-economic background. There's ample parking, and lots of places to go and eat nearby.

For the first time in years, in 2027 SmileCo will be bringing on graduate dentists. For someone who's young, starting their career and has a strong motivation to work and gain exposure to a ton of different dental procedures, we're currently offering weeknights and Saturday employment opportunities. On Saturdays especially, we regularly have an in-house exodontist doing complex surgeries and extractions, as well as IV sedation sessions for placing implants and complex restorative treatments, all of which you'd be exposed to. The clinic has modern CBCT, CEREC units, in-house 3D printing and technician support,

rotary endodontics and regular access to IV sedation.

Our goal is to bring in dentists who are hungry to learn and expand their horizons, evaluate their clinical progression over the course of a year, and if we see a positive level of growth in their clinical ambitions and personal maturity over that time, bring them into the fold in a more full time capacity. Our culture is extremely collaborative, and as part of our team you'll be fully supported by your colleagues, and will have access to the practice principles for mentoring and case discussion, including access to a private Whatsapp group for rapid assistance.

If you're graduating at the end of 2026, and want the opportunity to prove yourself and grow your career in a high-tech, dentist-owned, eastern suburbs private practice, get in touch today.
