At Torquay Panels Automotive Repairs we are looking for a full time Receptionist/Administrator for our front office. Role includes:

- Greeting customers and managing front desk

- Answering & making phone calls

- Managing IbodyShop, Estimage & Audanet systems

- Manage vehicle bookings, car rental forms, couriers, emails and other administrative duties.

- General administration support to manager

We are looking for somoene to compliment our friendly team, someone who presents well and is an excellent communicator.

Annual salary of $65,000 plus super for full time position working from 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
