You’ll work alongside 3 experienced Asset Managers, supporting the day-to-day management of an industrial property portfolio. The role will give you exposure to tenants, landlords, contractors and the full property management process, with plenty of training and support along the way.

The Role:

- Support 3 Asset Managers with the day-to-day management of an industrial portfolio
- Respond to tenant, landlord and strata enquiries
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, trades and work orders
- Complete routine property inspections
- Assist with tenant vacates and make-good processes
- Manage emails, phone enquiries and general property administration
- Build your commercial property management knowledge and take on more responsibility as you develop

About You:

- Some previous residential property management experience is ideal
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and keen to learn




- Confident dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Genuine interest in building a career in commercial property
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence preferred
