Chiropractic Assistant – The Person Who Makes It All Happen!

25+ hours per week | Minimum availability required:

- Monday: 1.30pm – 6.30pm
- Tuesday: 7.30am – 11.30am AND 1.30pm – 6.30pm
- Thursday: 7.30am – 11.30am AND 1.30pm – 6.30pm

Plus an additional two extra hours per fortnight (approx) for team meetings and workshops

We're looking for a fantastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Someone who brings personality, initiative and a genuine commitment to doing things well.

So, what will you actually be doing?

You'll be involved in just about everything that keeps our practice ticking!

- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.
- Managing appointments, schedules and front desk operations.
- Keeping communication flowing between patients and practitioners.
- Supporting chiropractors throughout patient consultations.
- Assisting with patient education and communication.
- Following established systems and procedures.




- Keeping records accurate and daily operations running smoothly.
- Being one of the friendly faces that makes people love coming back!

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where being proactive, organised and switched on really matters.

- Is naturally friendly, confident and enjoys connecting with people.
- Has excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Loves a good system and takes pride in getting things done properly.
- Can juggle competing priorities without losing their cool.
- Is comfortable navigating different personalities and challenging situations.
- Takes responsibility, follows through and doesn't need constant reminding.
- Is happy to take direction, embrace feedback and work within established procedures.
- Presents professionally and communicates exceptionally well.
- Is genuinely interested in health, wellness and helping others.

Previous chiropractic experience is not essential, but a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration or a similar people-focused role would be valuable.
