Findstaff are seeking a reliable Pile Turner Operator / Production Labourer to join a busy and growing carton and packaging manufacturer based in Regents Park, NSW. This is a Monday to Friday afternoon shift opportunity offering $40+ per hour, with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment for the right person.

Your Responsibilities
Operating and assisting with pile turning equipment
Handling and moving printed carton stock safely and efficiently
Assisting machine operators and production staff
Quality checking finished products
General production and warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You




Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, or similar labouring roles
Experience as a machine offsider, production assistant, or factory hand highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Forklift Licence (LF) advantageous but not essential
