Key Responsibilities
Welcoming recent patients and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey
Following up with prospective and existing patients to foster engagement and improve retention
Assisting with the rollout and coordination of an exciting current premium patient membership program
Managing patient enquiries and Meta Business direct messages, delivering exceptional customer service and support
Supporting the smooth operation of the clinic through reception duties, patient administration, record management, and X-ray-related tasks

About you
A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people




Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and solid relationships over the phone
The ability to work independently while remaining organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Confidence in making outbound calls to support patient engagement, appointment scheduling, and ongoing care
Residency in Ballarat or nearby, with the ability to work flexibly within a hybrid workplace
