Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client needs.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.

Qualifications:




Relevant construction industry qualifications and/or experience highly desirable
A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, project delivery, or client relationship management within construction or a comparable project-based industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Established industry network with existing contacts and relationships within the construction sector or related industries.
