About the Role

We're looking for friendly, reliable Casual/Part time team members to join us as we launch our current food and beverage offering at Swing City Canberra. You'll be the face of our venue, serving customers in a multifaceted venue. Swing City boasts a large bistro/cafe, 2 bars, large events space, over 60 interactive driving range bays, 18-hole pitch & putt, mini golf, tables tennis, pool tables, as well as a large arcade and games area.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, energetic and efficient customer service at the counter, bar, and tables.
Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, beers, wine and cocktails.
Assist with running food and beverages out to guests.
Responsibly serve alcohol in line with RSA requirements.
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.

About You

You'll ideally have:




Current RSA certification
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
A friendly, can-do attitude and robust communication skills.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
A team player who thrives in a busy environment.
Well-presented and energetic.
An interest in games, golf or recreation is a bonus, not essential.
