An excellent prospect is available for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join a highly regarded national law firm in the Melbourne CBD. You will support senior legal practitioners on leasing matters for prominent property owners managing large and diverse portfolios.
As part of a quick-paced and collaborative team, you will play a central role in coordinating leasing transactions across a range of property types, including retail and commercial.

Key Duties
Act as the central point of contact for leasing-related matters across multiple property portfolios
Prepare documentation for new leases, extensions, variations and assignments
Handle files, billing coordination and matter management tasks
Manage critical dates, execution workflows and settlement processes
Prepare client updates,
reports and transaction summaries
Maintain accurate portfolio data and lease records
About You
You will have:
Demonstrated experience as a Leasing Paralegal (essential)
Knowledge of retail and commercial leasing processes
Ability to work confidently under minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
