Job Description

We’re looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to take an active role in the day-to-day operation of PERCY. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards and create an engaging experience for every guest.

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced hospitality skilled who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the floor and developing their skills within a global hotel group.

What you’ll do:
Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
Lead, support and motivate the team to deliver warm and memorable guest experiences.
Take an active role during dinner service, with solid front-of-house and bar skills.
Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Assist with team training, onboarding, rostering and other operational requirements.
Work collaboratively across hotel departments and support different areas of the operation when required.
Manage guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
