As our Restaurant Events & Reservations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey:
Managing reservations and event enquiries across the group
Building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable first impressions
Partnering with our venue teams to ensure every booking is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.
Balancing multiple priorities with confidence, precision, and attention to detail

Your working week: Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday to rest, recharge, and reset.

What You'll Bring To The Table
Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, events,



or a similar guest-facing role
Robust SevenRooms knowledge is highly regarded
Outstanding communication and organisational skills
The ability to remain calm, composed, and detail-focused in a rapid-paced workplace
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to go the extra mile
