We’re growing, and we’re looking for vibrant, switched-on Medical Receptionists to join our team across our two clinics in Barton. Whether you want casual shifts, a part time rhythm, or a full-time role, there’s a spot for you.

What you’ll be doing
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming, friendly front desk
Managing appointments, phones, emails and enquiries
Processing billing, Medicare and private payments
Keeping patient records accurate and confidential




Supporting our doctors and clinical staff so the clinic runs smoothly
Helping out across both clinics as needed

Nice to have
Previous medical reception experience
Familiarity with electronic medical records
Understanding of medical terminology

Hours & flexibility

Our clinics are open Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 7:30am to 6:00pm, plus occasional Saturdays. We’re looking for people who are versatile with their availability, happy to work a mix of early starts, later finishes and the occasional Saturday, and willing to work across both clinics when needed. In return, we’ll work with you to find a roster that suits your life.
