Application Support Analyst - 12-month rolling contract
Sydney-based SRE Team
$550 per day
Hybrid role, WFH 3 days per week

TheDriveGroup are partnering with a well-known business that is looking to add an application support analyst to investigate application issues and diagnose root causes whilst minimising service disruption.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement regular system upgrades
Determine the root cause of issues & address the issues
Respond to issues and create tickets and escalate to next level support / high priority incidents team if required
Configuring and managing alerts across all business systems
Provide technical Support via ITSM tooling

Key Skills Required:
Experience in application development or software development is valuable to have
Robust research and analytical skills for investigating and exploring application integration issues and products
Experience with APIs, AWS, GitHub, SRE, DevOps, logging, monitoring and auditing technologies such as Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, Splunk Observability
SQL queries (MySQL,



SQL)
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience in CI/CD - comfortable with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
Exposure to languages such as Java, Golang, JavaScript, React, etc. is a bonus.
