Essential requirements include an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, a Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or the ability to obtain one, a National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR certification, a current Queensland drivers licence, and a Certificate III in Individual Support. A reliable vehicle with comprehensive or business use insurance is also required.
