About Us Bakehouse Espresso Group is a well-loved bakery and café on the South Coast of NSW. We produce a wide range of freshly baked goods daily, supplying both our retail customers and a growing wholesale network across the region.

The Role We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pick Packer to join our warehouse and logistics team. This is a hands-on role responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of daily wholesale and retail orders in a quick-paced food production setting.

Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing daily orders accurately against order sheets
Preparing wholesale orders for dispatch in line with delivery schedules
Handling and packing fresh food products with care and food safety awareness
Maintaining a clean, organised, and effective packing area
Checking outgoing orders for accuracy before dispatch
Receiving and storing incoming stock as required
Supporting the broader kitchen and production team during busy periods





What We're Looking For
Previous pick packing or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work at pace in a time-sensitive environment
A reliable and punctual team player
Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene (or willingness to learn)
Physically fit and comfortable on your feet for extended periods
Food safety certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Hours & Conditions
Full-time position
10am - 6pm shift (overtime during busy periods)
Fully Airconditioned Warehouse
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
