About the role

We're looking for an energetic communicator to join Trellis Data and help people adopt AI with confidence. You'll be one of our friendly faces of Agentaus — explaining our sovereign AI platform clearly, helping users with day-to-day technical questions, and making sure the tech team hears exactly what people need. No formal technical background is required; curiosity and enthusiasm matter more.

Key responsibilities
Explain Agentaus and Trellis Data's AI solutions clearly to customers and internal team
Assist users with minor technical issues and day-to-day questions
Gather user feedback and communicate requirements straight to the point for our developers and engineers
Support team operations, including:
Shared Inbox management and keeping data records accurate
Assist with internal documentation, procedures and knowledge management




Trellis Data news updates
Mailchimp campaigns
Administer content on our AI platform, including FAQs, feature and update notes
Help build and refine product demo materials and examples
Customer demonstrations

What we're looking for
Transparent and direct verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence working with developers and engineers, with a willingness to discuss technical topics and continue learning.
Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and helping others adopt it.
A curious, hands-on approach and eagerness to get involved.
Eligibility to obtain an Australian security clearance.
An existing security clearance is favourable.
