Role: Business Acceptance Tester (UAT)

Type: Full Time – Contract / Perm

Location: Melbourne

Status: AU valid visa with full work rights

Skills: Business Acceptance Testing, UAT, Test Scenarios, End-to-End Testing, Risk-Based Testing, Defect Management, Jira, Workflow Testing

Experience: 5+ years

Requisites:
Robust hands-on experience in Business Acceptance Testing (UAT) within complex business processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Experience executing end-to-end, positive, negative, exception and regression testing.
Robust understanding of business workflows, controls, data validation and defect lifecycle.
Experience with defect tracking, retesting and release readiness.




Ability to work closely with business SMEs, Product Owners, Analysts and Developers.
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience in customer remediation, financial services or regulated environments.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or equivalent testing tools.
Exposure to UI, workflow and data validation testing.
Understanding of test automation concepts.
