BAR SUPERVISOR - PART TIME 25 HOURS PER WEEK

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team at Oydis!

This is a role perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality. If you take pride in crafting excellent drinks & customer experiences and have the confidence to lead from behind the bar, this is the role for you!

As bar supervisor, you will work 25 hours per week in venue. Working alongside the venue manager and restaurant manager, you'll play an important role in meeting organisational objectives by overseeing daily bar operations & systems, supporting a wider team and ensuring our guests have a excellent experience from the moment they walk through the door.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table, contribute to our rotating drinks menu and help shape the atmosphere of a well-loved local venue, with all staff having genuine say in how the business evolves.

What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Confidence in classic cocktails,



with an eagerness to learn and expand upon our range of signature drinks (Wine knowledge is a plus!)
A customer-first attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
The ability to maintain oversight of both bar operations and the wider floor, anticipating issues and keeping service running smoothly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to support, motivate and lead a team.
Good organisational skills and the ability to stay composed in a busy service setting.
