An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established and growing property development business on the Gold Coast.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Sales & Contracts Administrator to support the sales process, manage contracts and settlements, and ensure a seamless experience for purchasers.

Working closely with senior management and the wider sales team, this is a varied role offering plenty of responsibility, autonomy and opportunities for career development.

The Role
Coordinate property sales administration from initial contract through to settlement.
Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, sales agents and internal stakeholders.
Prepare, review and manage sales contracts, variations and associated documentation.
Monitor deposits, contract milestones and settlement timeframes.
Assist with sales commissions, reporting and financial reconciliations.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and internal documentation.
Provide ongoing communication and support to purchasers throughout the sales journey.
Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure efficient processes and positive client outcomes.

About You
Previous experience in sales administration,



contracts administration or a similar role within property development or real estate.
Understanding of property sales contracts and settlement processes.
Robust organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating with clients, solicitors and internal stakeholders.
Comfortable working with numbers, reporting and CRM systems.
Proactive, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities.
A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a quick-paced workplace.
