We’re a personal injury law firm in Paramatta handling TPD, workers comp, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims. We’re growing quick and have an opening for the right person to join our intake team.

Law students will not be accepted. Minimum 4 days per week.

What you’ll do:

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and SMS. Qualify claims, understand client circumstances, and input details into our HubSpot CRM. You’ll triage cases - knowing which ones we take, which need referral, which need follow-up. You’ll own the first impression: friendly, qualified, effective.

You’ll make outbound calls to follow up leads, answer intake questions, and keep our pipeline moving. Some admin support for the team - scheduling,



basic coordination - but the bulk is inquiries.

What we need:

Comfort with phone calls both ways. Detail-oriented - data entry into HubSpot needs to be clean.

Experience in a law firm or customer-facing role where you’re on calls most of the day is ideal, but we care more about your comfort with phone-based work than specific legal knowledge.

Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and assess whether a personal injury claim fits our practice. You’re the gatekeeper between the public and our lawyers.
