This pivotal role supports our Sales and Business Development Managers (BDMs) in enhancing customer engagement and maintaining pristine client data. The role is an office based role, where the right person will work amongst a vibrant team. Key Areas of Responsibility:

· Regularly contact clients to assess their satisfaction and resolve any arising issues, embodying Cookers' commitment to service excellence.

· Maintain and update client information within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and currency of data.

· Compile and present reports for management, facilitating informed decision-making.

· Collaborate closely with BDMs and the sales team,



providing administrative support to enhance national sales efforts.

· Answer phone calls in a manner that reflects Cookers’ dedication to professionalism and friendliness.

Who You Are:

· You have an engaging, skilled, and friendly demeanour.

· You possess a keen eye for detail, especially in data entry and managing client records.

· You're able to collaborate effectively with BDMs and team members, contributing positively to team dynamics.

· You're self-driven, capable of identifying customer trends, and articulate in communicating your insights.

· You have experience with Microsoft Office, experience with a CRM system will be highly regarded.
